Massage
Thai massage is widely available on Koh Lanta. The massage takes place fully clothed while lying on a mattress. There is a lot of stretching involved and it can feel very different to Swedish massage. However, after a session, you feel amazing!
You can get a treatment from a masseur on the beach or from an indoor, fan cooled shop. Oil massage and foot massages are available as well as beauty treatments.
