Koh Lanta has a few Thai cookery schools, the best of which, in our opinion, is Time For Lime.
Time For Lime started in 2002, and were the first Thai cookery school on Koh Lanta. They run professional & fun Thai cooking classes from their open-air beachfront cookery school on Klong Dao.
They also have a restaurant serving a six-course taster menu, and make great mojitos in their bar!
Their profits all go to Lanta Animal Welfare. So not only do you learn how to cook amazing Thai food, you can feel good about supporting a very worthy cause.
